Here’s what you could be serving your family in July!

The Amazing Three-Breasted Chicken Parties in Brazil
One minute she’s on a Sao Paulo beach in a thong. The next she’s part of a fantastic Carnaval samba parade spectacle in a frenzy of sequins and sweat and noise and mayhem. Are we living vicariously through this Chicken, or what? She ends up in your kitchen baking in the oven adorned in orange segments with green onion, cilantro, white wine, garlic and olive oil. Because we all return to the kitchen eventually, it’s what we do outside the kitchen that dreams are made of.

South Pacific Round Steak
There's Something Wonderful about our ambrosial marinade of plum sauce, soy sauce, sesame sauce, pineapple juice and garlic. On Some Enchanted Evening when you serve this top round steak to your Honey Bun with a Bloody Mary, you'll be talking Happy Talk all the way to the shower when you Wash That Man Right Out of Your Hair. Broadway, here I come!

Sunday Dinner Salmon
Exceptional flavor and wonderful presentation. A large salmon fillet with a bed of spinach tucked beneath it and a line of orange slices on top. Sprinkled with rosemary leaves for good measure. Bake it in your oven OR cook it on your grill.

Out of Africa Multi-Flavor Couscous
It’s the pearl-shaped pasta of North Africa. It’s flavorful and aromatic, with diced turkey, peaches, pecans, raisins, ginger and cinnamon. It’s an exotic, delicious addition to your dinner itinerary. Say coos-coos. No cooking needed on this one. Just defrost completely and serve cold.

Burritos Buenos
Six big flour tortillas filled with seasoned ground beef, spanish rice and refried beans, and topped with melted cheddar. So delicioso you'd never guess that the beans are fat-free and the rice is oil-free. Let's just keep that little detail under our sombreros, shall we?

Queen Creole’s Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya
A classic Louisiana French dish of rice cooked with shrimp and sausage and seasoned with herbs and spices. With red peppers, onion, celery, garlic, thyme, chicken broth, parsley and cayenne pepper. Traditional vittles fit for Gulf States royalty!

Pork Lo Mein a la Ginger
This tasty dish combines lo Mein noodles, ginger-marinated pork, carrots, scallions and garlic. Cook it up in just 5 minutes in your sauté pan and leave them asking, "Where'd you learn to cook like this?"

Pucker Up Lemon Cream Pie
A sweet tart wonder in a graham cracker crust! Made with lemon curd, cream cheese and heavy cream and topped with raspberry sauce. Get ready for a big smooch when you serve this dessert.

Rock the Casbah Lamb Kebabs
Sharif likes it! Moroccan-spiced lamb meatballs on skewers with roasted potatoes and onions, flavored with rosemary and garlic, and ready for the grill.

Hail Caesar Seafood Pasta
A cold bowtie pasta salad with mixed seafood, roasted corn and red peppers, flavored with lime Caesar vinaigrette. I came, I saw, I ate it all!

Senorita Chicken Fajita
She's got all the fixings: Slices of seasoned chicken, peppers, onions and soft tortillas. Vamos a la fiesta!

Vegatini Focaccia
A thick herb-seasoned sheet bread filled with vegetarian pleasures: roasted portobello mushrooms, sauteed zucchini, roasted red peppers, provolne slices and the Girlfriend's Flavorful Tomato Sauce. This hot sandwich gives even the most committed carnivore something to think about.

Wok-It-To-Me Beef & Broccoli
This delicious stir-fry can also be cooked up quick in your skillet. With beef, broccoli, carrots, onions, soy sauce and ginger.
