Exciting things happening around Emmaus
Howdy *|FNAME|*,
Thrift Store
So the first exciting thing is the launch of the thrift store! This is a great way for us to connect in the community. We have met people we would not have met otherwise. Also, we've seen teens and young adults step up and really take ownership of this opportunity. It's been such a pleasure for us to watch young adults make an effort to affect people's lives for God. In addition, this is an excellent way to generate revenue which goes back into Emmaus initiatives.
Another benefit of having the thrift store is, this gives us the opportunity to have more regular hours with our coffee shop. Jake whips up a mean caramel steamer set to the back-drop of ambiance.
Get involved. Come by and check out the items. We have some great stuff at ridiculously cheap prices. You can also help by donating as well. Just bring your items by during business hours.
